Nightlife in Boracay is actually a major attraction to the tourists flocking there and the island prides itself for the colorful nightlife full of drinks, music, dancing and entertainment.

Boracay nightlife is filled with all types of international music including, House, Hip-hop, Salsa, Latin, Rock, Regee and more.   There are even karaoke bars and raves right on the beach.  Some of the bars have local and international DJs while others have excellent local singers and bands and occasional international singers and bands as well.  Almost every bar is  open-air and right on the beach just meters from the water given all travelers the ultimate island feel.

Nightlife on Boracay beach would not be complete without the best of indigenous music. The local bands perform live music with their drums and guitars. These musical performances are some of the major attractions of Nightlife in Boracay and give you a sense of the musical culture of the Filipino people.

List of the Most Popular Bars on Boracay Beach

Summer Place Bar

Station 2, White Beach

Summer Place starts the night with food and drinks like any other bar/restauant on Borcacay.  As the night goes on they add a one of their VERY good local bands performing songs in Rock, Alternative, Regee, R&B and Hip-hop.  Eventually the must gets louder and faster as the European, North American, Australian, Filipino and Korean tourists start pouring in. This is usually one the last bars on the Boracay beach to finally shut down not to long before dawn.
Hey Jude! Bar

Station 2, White Beach

Hey Jude! attracts a mixed crowd of Makati, Metro-Manila party people, tourists and expats. They play mainly chill-out and House music, and usually stay open pretty late. Sunset is a good time to arrive - sit outside on the beach with a cocktail and watch the guys playing volleyball or frisbee. During high season, Hey Jude! is famous for it's beach parties and events, sponsored by the likes of Slinky and Big Fish, and resident DJ Manster plays some of the best lounge and dance music in Boracay.
Juice Bar

Station 2, White Beach

Juice Bar is located on the corner of the Plazoleta (near station 2), the arts and crafts center of Boracay. It's in a pretty busy area so there's always something going on and plenty of people around. Occasionally the musicians who run the shops next door to Juice will treat you to a live tribal jam with bongo drums and native instruments, and sponsored events are also common around the Plazoleta.
The music tends usually be either R&B, Hip-Hop or House with very cool decor and friendly staff. There are comfy cushions and beanbags outside to sit on, and a nice laid back crowd of people. This is a very popular bar for the Filipino and Expat Makati, Metro-Manila crowd on vacation.
Cocomangas Bar & Disco

Station 1, White Beach

Here is the deal: you get 15 nasty alcoholic drinks with names like "Test Tube Baby" and "Screaming Orgasm." If you are still standing after whooshing all 15 down, you get a free T-shirt and chalk up one for your country on the wall chart. Good luck! With its raucous atmosphere, this is perhaps the island's preeminent watering hole. Here is where you play billiards, hang out, dance, or mingle with the crowd. It is a place for seasoned drinkers as well as people who want to see and be seen. Pizza and bar chow available to go with your drinks.
Bom Bom Bar

A bar frequented by Boracay locals, Bom Bom has bean bags and straw mats on the beach for visitors to lounge on with their drinks. Drinking on the beach, as opposed to the pedestrian path, gave us quick access to the balut (boiled duck egg, fetus intact) and chicharon (pork rinds) vendors, both perfect matches with our cold beer. It is a great place to be after dinner because it's not like the other, more popular bars in the area.
