Cyma Boracay

Cyma is located in D'Mall in Station 2 just off the center square, it offers a good variety of well prepared Greek and Mediterranean dishes served in a cozy sidewalk café shop styled with modern greek accents and colors. The Pitabread is homemade and shipped in to Boracay from their Manila branches.

Cyma's restaurant, Café del mar music, offers Htipitius is a tangy creamed feta cheese dip flavored and served with a large Jalepeno chili (chilli finger) and accompanied by homemade pita bread. Recommended for lovers of sharp cheese.

Cyma serves some of the best Moussaka in the Philippines. Layers of beef flavored with cinamon and topped with cheese. Another specialty of Cyma is the Pastadida (spaghetti) topped with a Bolognese style sauce made with generous portions of beef shank and sprinkled with parmesan, and flavored with hints of cinnamon.

Main courses include traditional favorites such as moussaka, Greek salad, fresh seafood, gyros, steaks, and souvlaki (kebabs).

There are also 15 vetarian dishes on Cyma's menu. You may try the ossobucco pasta, braised beef shank with Greek tomato sauce and spaghetti.

Most of Cyma's dishes are served in large portions that are good for sharing. Ordering several dishes and sampling a variety of flavors family style is what they recommend.
