Subic Holiday Villas (SHV) is a leisure and retirement home facility at the George Dewey Convention Center Complex, Kalyaan Heights, Subic Bay Freeport Zone. This location can be described as being like in a "bird's nest" because the forest are in its 3 sides and a wooden area infornt before the highway.
Subic Holiday Villas is located on a 4-hectare land. It is a 3 storey buildings to be constructed on Villa Enrique and Villa Cecilia which has a total of 128 condominium units. The Amenities Building, also known as the Club House, houses the mini-theatre, library, function room, business center, medical clinic, gym and sauna, coffee shop and more. The swimming pool and all land improvments will be within the Phase I of this project construction.
